The service

Poker Mates records information supplied by participants in private, social poker games. It does not process payments, hold money, sell chips or provide gambling services. Any payments or settlements happen separately between the participants.

Your responsibilities

Use the service only for lawful private games. Keep access codes and invite links secure, enter accurate information and obtain permission before adding another person’s details. The host and appointed bankers are responsible for approving ledger entries.

Availability and records

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Participants should review the final balance sheet together. The application’s calculations do not replace independent financial, legal or regulatory advice.

Misuse

We may restrict access to protect users, the service or its data, including where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, deceptively or in a way that harms other users.
