What we collect

When you sign in, Poker Mates stores the account identifier, name, email address and profile image supplied by the login provider. We also store the tables you join, player names, roles, buy-ins, rebuys, cash-outs, chip-count updates and the timestamps needed to provide game history and statistics.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate shared poker tables, maintain the ledger, calculate statistics, resolve conflicts and protect the service. We do not sell personal data or use Google account data for advertising.

Service providers

Clerk provides authentication, Neon hosts the database and Vercel hosts the application. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their own privacy terms.

Retention and control

Game records are retained so players and hosts can review their history. You may ask us to correct or delete your account data. Some ledger records may need to be retained long enough to keep a shared table accurate for its other participants.
